Amanda@Work.Place ships as a turnkey solution, allowing you to plug in the unit for instant voice messaging. Amanda integrates tightly with a variety of switches. A "plug and play" telephone integration interface eliminates the runtime and guesswork of integration.

Amanda@Work.Place's call processing features provide over 15 hours of voice storage, translating into the following per user parameters: one hundred plus messages, three custom greetings, three personal mailing lists and four different message notifications. System greeting and mailing list options provide additional messaging possibilities.

Investment Protection

Amanda@Work.Place is available in 4 or 8 port configurations. The system can be upgraded to Amanda@Work.Group, tAA's computer telephony application. High Performance Voice Messaging and Automated Attendant

  • Audiotext
    Configurable "information only" mailboxes accommodate caller access to any recorded information. Provides 24-hour access to frequently asked questions ranging from hours, address and directions to promotional or product-specific information.
  • Automated Attendant
    Amanda@Work.Place can function as a main, backup, or off-duty attendant. Extensions may be dialed directly, or your caller may use an employee directory to locate people by their first or last name. Simple, single-digit selections can be configured for easy and quick access to your company's main departments.
  • Message Notification
    Amanda@Work.Place has comprehensive notification capabilities. After recording a message, the Amanda system can function any of four notifications: including turn on a message waiting light, call your extension, a pager, another extension, a cellular phone, or any other phone number br>
  • "0" for Operator
    Enable this function to accommodate access to personal assistance from a company receptionist.
  • Voice Messaging
    Amanda@Work.Place provides callers with the option to leave a message for the person or department they are calling. Messages can be marked "private" and/or "urgent." After leaving a message, callers have the option to dial another extension, department, or the receptionist. Once a message is retrieved, it can be forwarded to another person or a list of people.

Serves as a primary, secondary, or off-duty attendant to answer and route incoming calls to a particular department, a specific person, or to voice mail.
Employee Directory
Callers use this feature to connect to departments or locate employees by their first or last name.
Automatic Scheduler
Schedule greetings, extension ring, "do not disturb", or call screening for different times, days, and dates.
Foreign Language Prompts
Voice prompts available in a number of languages.
Audiotext

Continuous Play/Delete
Playback or deletion of all messages without interruption.
Multiple User Greetings

Automatic or configurable date and time stamp for each message.
Playback Control
Fast forward or rewind playback in five second increments.
Forward/Copy
Forward copies of messages to other users, including optional message prefix.
Private Messages
Use this feature to ensure that a message is not accidentally forwarded to another user mail box.
Future Delivery
