Innovation Voice Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Doug Schwartz when he envisioned that voice and telephony technologies would eventually transform the lodging industry. Today, Innovation Technologies Worldwide, Inc. has grown to become the leader in providing telecommunication solutions solely for lodging properties.

Elite, InnLine 2020 and InnLine Express are Innovation's cornerstone products, the first of their kind to combine voice messaging, interactive voice response, fax, and other recent technological advances into one system. To date, Innovation products have been installed in over 6,000 properties in the U.S.

Innovation is located in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, just west of Madison. At this site, products are developed, produced and marketed. A licensed distributor network distributes products and provides sales, service, and support to each individual property.
